1. Which neighbourhoods do the cards get delivered to?
The Local Value cards are currently delivered to Cape Town's southern suburbs: Newlands, Upper Claremont, Upper Wynberg, Bishopscourt, Constantia, Meadowridge, Bergvliet and Tokai.
2. Do I need to provide artwork for the advert?
The advert design is included. We'll require some basic information to design the advert. You don't have to provide artwork, but an existing logo or branding elements can be helpful.
3. Why is the cost so low?
Design, printing and distribution costs can be very expensive, especially when you go it alone. By grouping non competing local businesses together on one Local Value card, the cost to each individual is reduced.
4. Why is it so expensive?
Design, printing and distribution has become very expensive. The distribution costs to 10 000 households alone are already more than even the highest priced advert on the Local Value card. Then you haven't even looked at design and printing costs.
Additional value points to consider: The quality, look and feel of the card exceeds flimsy flyers. Exclusivity in your business category. Good will from being grouped with other local businesses.
5. Is this a long term contract?
Other than a standard sales agreement there is no contract to tie you into being on more than one card. We do however provide options for bulk booking ad space on more than 1 card in advance. It is commonly known in marketing that repeat exposure leads to better results, we thus recommend that you advertise on at least 3 cards in a row.
